Also, please note that we at Arelang collect personal information from you only to identify you, to provide you with information required to service you, for analysis and evaluation of your order and to assist / help you with better and improved services and also to assist you during trouble-shooting, to fix errors, to screen your orders for potential risk or fraud, and to improve usability of our Site.  This data also helps us to display our new products, its features and the services and further to recommend them to you; also, to identify your preferences, and to communicate with you in relation to our services (via by phone, e-mail, chat). In short, this helps us to enhance your experience of ordering at our Site. 

If you choose to provide to us any of your personal information, then you also consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers and the use thereof as per this Privacy Policy, which is strictly in accordance with the law in force in India.  As per the laws in force, we may also be obligated in law to share the same with governmental, statutory and judicial authorities, etc.

Your Right as User of our Site:

As our esteemed customer, you shall always have an inherent right, inter alia, to access and review the data so stored by us / to get the said data rectified / to seek erasure of the data / to withdraw your consent and last but not the least, not to provide any further data and/or to lodge complaint before the Grievance officer. You shall also have an inherent right to cancel your account and/or to request us that we no longer use your Personal Information with a view to provide you services and/or to be NOT subjected to Automated Processes. You may, at any time, contact our Grievance Officer directly in case of discrepancies, grievances or questions and suggestions concerning the data shared with Arelang. The Grievance Officer shall address your grievances, if any, within one (1) month from the date of the receipt of such grievance.

Information Sharing

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We do not share customers’ personal information except as mandated in law, as has been explained hereon above.

We reiterate that your Information shall not be shared with third parties (including related companies and third-party service providers).  Just in case it is required by law to be so shared, it shall strictly be on a “need to know” basis and subject to adequate confidentiality obligations on the transferee. Arelang does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may not use the Site, but may persuade your parents, guardians to apply for the required products and services. 

Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, differences or claim arising out of this Privacy Policy, the same shall be settled in accordance with the Laws of India through regular judicial process and the courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
