Every birthday is an opportunity to create something more meaningful.
For our 5th birthday, we built Sleeeep in Peace with Chef Harsh Kedia, the brilliance behind A Diabetic Chef. He has spent over a decade proving that food without sugar can still taste as good as it should. That's the same standard we hold our formulas to, which made this a perfect collaboration.
Restore Your Peace and Restore Your Sleep already do their jobs well on their own; one calms a racing mind, the other prepares the body for deep rest. Sleeeep in Peace is for a different kind of night: the ones where super stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness arrive all at once, and you want both effects in a single chocolate.
This limited-edition launch comes in a crisp mint flavour, is sugar-free, and contains no synthetic melatonin.
Some nights, it's not your body that's keeping you awake, it's your mind. The racing thoughts. The endless to-do lists. The stress that follows you into bed.
Restore Your Sleep works by helping your body release its own melatonin. But melatonin release depends on serotonin, and serotonin has a see-saw relationship with cortisol. So when cortisol is high, serotonin gets pushed down, and melatonin struggles to follow. That's exactly what happens on a stressful day, your body is tired, but your mind just won't stand down.
Sleeeep in Peace is designed for exactly those kinda nights. It goes a step further than sleep support alone, first by bringing the cortisol levels down, then letting your body’s natural sleep pathway take over.
By combining the science behind Restore Your Peace and Restore Your Sleep, and bringing together our signature sleep-supporting ingredients with calming botanicals that help ease mental tension and create a greater sense of relaxation.
When your mind feels calmer, your body is better able to follow its natural sleep rhythm, making it easier to drift into deep, peaceful sleep.
Sleeeep in Peace helps you arrive at bedtime with a calmer, more peaceful mind.
Sleeeep in Peace is a 4-Step formula that meets your mind first, then your body and then your sleep. From calming a busy mind to helping you wake up refreshed, each of these steps is designed to prepare your mind and body for deep, restorative sleep.
1. Calm the Mind: Chamomile and Gotu Kola work on the HPA axis to bring down elevated cortisol, easing racing thoughts and quieting mental noise.
2. Relax the Body: Passionflower and Valerian Root relax the nervous system by boosting GABA activity, to help reduce the time it takes to drift off. Pumpkin seed supports physical relaxation and helps reduce physical restlessness by relaxing muscles caused by everyday stress.
3. Ease Into Sleep: Walnut extract supplies free melatonin and tryptophan—the building blocks your pineal gland needs to kickstart your own hormone production, gently resetting your circadian rhythm.
4. Restore Overnight: Nutmeg and St. John’s Wort supports restful, uninterrupted sleep by extending the NREM 3, deep slow-wave sleep. This is the critical phase of sleep crucial for cell repair, hormone secretion, muscle growth, and immune strengthening. Deep Sleep helps you wake up feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for the day.
Together, these potent botanicals lower your cortisol, relax your mind before bed, reset your body’s circadian rhythm, guide you gently into deep sleep, and help you stay there longer—without any synthetic interference.
One chocolate, 30 minutes before bed. Savour the peppermint flavour, let it melt slowly in your mouth, and use this window to change, brush, lower the lights, kill the phone and settle in for the night.
First 10 minutes — Nothing happens at all - you may even think it’s a complete scam. This is your cue to finish your bedtime routine and fast!
Next 10 minutes — Your mind starts to lose its grip. The racing thoughts, the mental to-do list, the replaying of the day, it all suddenly quietens down, almost without you noticing. Your head and body begin to feel pleasantly heavy. We dare you to hold a thought…. Go on, try!
Final stretch — You won't catch the moment you drift off. Most people simply knock out and open their eyes the next morning. No grogginess, no hangover-like heaviness, no drowsiness carried into the day. Just fresh-eyed and ready. Sounds dreamy right!?
This isn't sedation. It's your own mind and body finally getting out of each other's way.
Why does a stressful day ruin sleep, even when you're exhausted?
Your body already knows how to fall asleep naturally. As night falls and darkness sets in, it’s supposed to begin producing melatonin on its own.
But under stress, cortisol stays elevated well past the point it should. And because cortisol suppresses the serotonin that your body needs to make melatonin, that natural release of melatonin gets delayed or blocked altogether.
So even though you're tired, or even perhaps physically exhausted, your brain stays switched on. Thoughts keep racing, mental stress, the body is physically tensed, the meeting, the to-do lists, the ‘what I could have said’ moments, all of this stands between you and your sleep.
Most sleep aids skip straight to melatonin, which is why they don't work - simply because most sleep aids don’t understand sleep the way we do.
That's why Sleeeep in Peace was built to take a different approach.
Rather than just supporting sleep, it first helps calm the mind and relaxes the body, creating the right conditions for your body's natural sleep pathway to take over. The result is a smoother, natural transition into deep, peaceful sleep. Sleep that keeps at it all night without the wake-ups because you have already sorted the cortisol spikes that keep waking you up before bedtime.
You asked we answered
Restore Your Sleep helps your body produce melatonin. Sleeeep in Peace does that too, but first brings cortisol down, which is what stalls melatonin release on stressful days. Think of it as Restore Your Sleep for nights when your mind needs an extra hand settling first.
No. It doesn't sedate you. It works with your body's own pathway, so you wake up clear and rested, not foggy.
Yes — Sleeeep in Peace is a limited-edition 5th birthday release made in collaboration with Chef Harsh Kedia. Once the batch of [number] boxes is gone, it won't be restocked in this edition.
No need — Sleeeep in Peace already combines what Restore Your Peace and Restore Your Sleep each do separately. One chocolate covers both.
One chocolate, 30-45 minutes before you want to sleep. Let it melt slowly and savour the flavour.
