The domain name www.arelang.com is owned by Arelang Naturals Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 28, Raghuvanshi Mill Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Delisle Rd, Mumbai 400013, Maharashtra, India.

Welcome to www.arelang.com (“website” or “Site” or “årelang” or “Caim by årelang” or “årelang Naturals” or “Arelang Naturals Pvt Limited” or “we” or “us” or “online store”) is an online service owned by Arelang Naturals Private Limited. 

1. Introduction

By completing the registration process, making a purchase, and/or merely browsing the site, you represent that

Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of the company prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

4. Your Account

If you are required to, or you choose to, register your account on the website, your account shall exclusively be for your sole and personal use and you shall be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not authorize others to use your account and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. All registration information about your Account must necessarily be truthful, for you are required not to mask your true identity. You shall also be responsible for the security of your password and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use of the account under such password. If you know or have reasons to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you are expected to forthwith change your password or may contact us. If we find a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may also require you to change your password, or suspend your account without any liability to Arelang Naturals. Only upon creating your account through the ‘Join Us’ option, will you  be able to access discount codes and cash backs, avail additional discounts on product subscriptions, become a part of the referral program of årelang Naturals, create a link with your wallet for transactions and cash back points, get promotional and additional information and enjoy other privileges like free consultation and personalized relationship manager, post reviews etc that are offered as a part of our overall services on this Site.

årelang offers you 10% cash back points on your first purchase subject to you completing your registration process. The cashback will be credited to your Arelang Wallet which can only be redeemed on your future purchase (no encashment of earned rewards).  Orders received from guest users prior to registration will be considered as their first order and the first purchase discount will no longer be applicable for their future orders.

Wallet

Cash Back points, referral fees credited to your Arelang Wallet on account of rewards can only be redeemed on your future purchases and are non-transferable and are also not encashable.

The refunds generated against Cancelled or Returned order will be credited to your Arelang Wallet. For encashment of this amount, you will need to write to the customer care at hello@arelang.com.

5. Subscriptions (www.arelang.com/subscriptions) - Coming soon

Changes and cancellations

You can make changes to your shipment and dispatch details at any time, but if you cancel or terminate during the subscription period, the discounted amount offered on the subscription will no longer apply and will be deducted during the final settlement of refund. The adjustment in thus regard shall be done on the full price of the product and not on the discounted rate as was initially offered for the subscription. The refund amount will be added to your wallet in your account and for encashment of this amount, you will need to write to the customer care at hello@arelang.com. If you wish to amend, cancel or terminate your subscription, it is recommended that you should do so before the order is processed for that month.

6. Product and services Information

årelang Naturals will strive to be as accurate as possible in providing information and description of the products and services on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the product description, colour, information or other content as are exhibited on the Site are error free and therefore accuracy, completeness, reliability of the same cannot be warranted. The Site may also contain certain inadvertent typographical errors and/or inaccuracies and it may also be not complete or updated. The product images may be indicative and may not match the actual product in certain cases.

årelang Naturals however, reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (even after the order has been placed) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product and will be rectified immediately upon verification. If an Order has already been placed on any such erroneous pricing, the correction thereof shall duly be notified forthwith.

7. Product use and services

The products and the services available on the site, and the samples, if any, that årelang Naturals may provide to you are for personal and professional use only. The products or the samples which you may receive from us are not medicines but nutritive and food supplements and not meant to cure or treat any diseases. If you have any ailments or are currently under medical supervision, please consult your physician before the use of these products. Please note that the products on offer on this site are not replacements of food or medicines. They are to be used as food supplements merely to prevent the deficiencies in your current dietary requirements. Any advice and information received through (including but not limited to) our consultants/blogs/ site/product description/ brochures etc cannot replace or supersede a registered medical practitioners’ advice or prescription. Our products are meant for personal use and consumption only and for maintaining overall wellness. Our products shall not be sold or resold for any commercial reasons without specific written permission from årelang Natural.

8. Pricing Information

årelang Naturals strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however certain errors may creep in inadvertently. All prices listed on the Site are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates and/or all other taxes that may be levied by the Government from time to time.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information or any technical error in pricing or product information on the site display or during the final invoicing, årelang Naturals shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched/delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, either contact you for the shortfall payment or cancel your order and initiate refund and notify you of such cancellation.

Limits on Purchases

årelang Naturals reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person on the website so as to ensure that maximum number of subscribers can benefit out of its said products and services. årelang Naturals shall not be liable to pay for any damages in any event of cancellation of the order and/or delay in delivery, if any, arising from such events.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, Returns and Exchange

Please note that there may be certain orders and requests that we may not be able to accept and therefore must cancel. We therefore reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any such order for any reason. Such circumstances may include (but not limited to) limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may then require additional verifications or information before processing the said order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will initiate a reversal to your card. This may take 7 to 10 days, depending on the transaction banks.

10. Mode of Payment

We accept the following modes of payment on our site: Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options, Wallets,  UPI, Google pay, PayTM. This list may be modified, changed or altered at our discretion without notice.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use any credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid credit card details when making payments on the Site. We use a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services). You hereby consent to provide and authorize årelang Naturals, and its third-party service provider to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete payment transactions in accordance with this Agreement, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transaction information.

You may be charged local taxes, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to secure additional information. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. If you would like to receive a refund for any reason, please contact us at hello@arelang.com. Refunds will be issued by us at our sole discretion.

Please note that any personal credit card information does not reach www.arelang.com nor does the Site store, hold or record such information. Other than receiving ‘pass’, ‘hold’ or ‘fail’ messages from our payment gateways, any such information will not be utilized and shared by our payment gateways or the Site with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply, if any, in this regard. We however, will not be liable for any credit card fraud at your end. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be upon you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall also be exclusively on you.

Cash Back points credited to your Arelang Wallet on account of rewards can only be redeemed on your future purchases; in any event these are non-transferable and not encashable.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

We will not be under any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, either on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded their existing limits, or due to insufficient funds or any other reason.  årelang Naturals at its own discretion will keep the order on hold until the payment is duly received by us before processing the order.

Cancellation on Transaction Reversal

We strive to provide you with the best possible services; however, prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice; and this may cause us to sometimes cancel orders that have already been paid for. When we accept your order the amount for the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card or through your opted mode of payment, through our payment gateway. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account or to the opted mode of payment. This may take 7 to 10 days, depending on the transaction banks.

11. Shipping and Delivery (https://arelang.com/policies/shipping-policy)

Arelang Naturals offers free shipping across India for all our products for order values above Rs 2000/- per order (inclusive of GST).  For orders below Rs 2000/-, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 100/- per Order.

Users will receive periodic updates on their email/text/whatsApp on their order status, specifically as we accept the order, process it, dispatch it and when the delivery has been completed. Users will receive periodic updates on their emails/mobile/whatsApp on their orders, specifically as we accept the order, process, dispatch and also when the delivery has been completed.

In case the users order multiple products in one/multiple transaction(s) to one destination pincode with the same delivery address, Arelang would attempt to ship all the Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistical issues.

Arelang Naturals will dispatch all Orders received before 4pm on the same working day. All Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched on the following working day. We shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product ordered/purchased on the Site is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Site subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and of course, as per availability of the product(s) so ordered.

We work with third party organizations like by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax etc, for deliveries of online orders. Tracking information will be sent by the courier company as soon as the shipping label is created after order purchase. User understands and confirms that Arelang shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product(s) due to circumstances beyond our control, provided we take all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery thereof  within above mentioned timelines.

Due to the nature of our products, the delivery is restricted only to few metro cities. Please also note that the delivery within these cities is extended to the limited pin-codes. The products are only shipped to residential and business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses in India. Arelang Naturals take no responsibility for goods receipt note that is signed by any person other than the consignee thereof at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holders, we do not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order(s). The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Arelang on the day of delivery through the ‘contact us’ page on the Site with reference of the Order Number or Payment Transaction Number. Images of the condition of the package upon receipt by you shall always be an added benefit to expedite the claims at our end. Additionally, the said shortage of goods, if noticed at the time of accepting the delivery, must be highlighted and signed on the delivery POD (Proof of Delivery) copy and returned to the delivery person.

12. Giveaways, Promotions, Discount Codes, Coupons

In order to avail any discount/promotion/give away/discount codes/prizes and for participation in any contests or competitions or for availing the benefits of referral codes, all users must be registered on the site.

Give away – company may decide from time to time to offer free gifts on purchases of certain products. These will be limited occasional offers and will be promoted on and run through our website and social media channels at shall solely be at our discretion.

Discount/Coupon Codes are valid for a limited time only as prescribed on the coupon code. årelang Naturals reserves the right to modify or cancel coupon codes at any time.

The coupon codes are applicable only on MRP of the product and cannot be combined with any other existing discounts or promotions, clearance sales or subscriptions.

The coupon codes may only be used on our Site and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by årelang Naturals through the Site.

All promotions shall be limited to use of one coupon per customer per order.

Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products. Some coupons may require a minimum purchase. årelang Naturals reserves the right to decide and also to nullify any such Coupon Code. Coupon Codes and cashbacks made to your wallet are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

13. Content and Accuracy

We have taken reasonable care and precaution to provide accurate data and information on the Site. In the preparation of the contents of this website and in particular, to ensure that the product information and prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed inclusive of GST. However, there may arise a chance of certain typographical errors or inadvertent inaccuracies in the contents of the Site, to which, årelang Naturals reserve the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (even after the order has been placed) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product(s) and will be rectified immediately upon verification.

14. User content

The Site allows registered users to post reviews, ratings and comments about products purchased and services received through the Site (collectively, "Reviews"). Reviews posted on the Site are expressions of experience encountered by the individual users and do not necessarily reflect the views of Arelang Naturals and may be used by us for internal Quality Training purposes. You acknowledge, by giving such Reviews, that any opinions, statements, comments, recommendations, ratings, advice or other information presented or disseminated in any Review are those of their respective authors who are solely responsible and liable for their content. By posting a Review, you grant Arelang Naturals a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to:

(a) host, use, reproduce, run, adapt, distribute, publish, and publicly display and perform such Content, verbatim and without any modification, throughout the world in any / all media, now known or hereafter devised, without recourse to the person making the said Review;

(b) make the Review available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same with a view to promote any such Product and/or the Services rendered by us;

(c) to provide, promote, and improve the Services and to make your Review shared on the Services available to other users, companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such Content on other media and services, subject to our Privacy Policy and this Agreement; and

You further grant Arelang Naturals the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your or Arelang Natural’s rights in your Review by a breach of this Agreement. You also acknowledge and agree that your Review is non-confidential and you further affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights (including copyright and other proprietary rights), consents and permissions to publish and otherwise use (and also to allow  Arelang Naturals to publish and otherwise use) your Reviews as authorized herein.

Arelang Naturals reserves the right to refuse to post or remove any material submitted or posted in any Review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Arelang Naturals shall have no liability to you for any content posted by you in a Review. Arelang Naturals does not assume liability for your Reviews or for any claims for economic loss resulting from such ratings and reviews. Because we expect users to maintain a high level of integrity with respect to ratings and reviews posted through the Services, you agree:

15. Submission License

The website may include various forums, blogs and chat rooms where you can post your ideas, observations and comments on designated topics collectively Called “Reviews”. We cannot guarantee that other users (or other parties) will not use the ideas that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea that you would like to keep confidential and/or do not want others to use, we suggest you do not post it to the website which is accessed by the public at large. Registered Users will be granted the right to post reviews on the site. The reviews will be checked and made available upon Company’s discretion. The Company will hold the right to delete any such “Reviews” from the Site without any prior notice to the registered user. The Content of the “Reviews” must adhere to the policies listed under clause 14 “User Content” herein above.

The names and logos relating to “årelang Naturals” / “Caim by årelang” / “årelang”/ “Caim” and also that of all related products and services , and the slogans are the trademarks (hereinafter referred to as “Trademarks“) of årelang Naturals. All other Marks as may be provided on the Site are the property of their respective companies. No trademark license is granted/ offered in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any Marks in any manner. Trademarks displayed on this Site, whether registered or unregistered, of “årelang Naturals” / “Caim by årelang” / “årelang”/ “Caim” or others, are the intellectual property of the respective owners and Arelang Naturals shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any unlawful, unauthorized use of the Marks by you.

Arelang Naturals expressly reserve all the intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software and other materials, which appear on this Site, including its look and feel, content and images. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of the content on the Site is and shall always be the exclusive property of Arelang Naturals and stand protected by the Indian copyright laws . Consequently, the materials on this Site shall not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, distributed or modified in whole or in part or in any other form whatsoever. årelang Naturals grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access, and make personal and non-commercial use of the Site. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use, are reserved and retained by the Site and its affiliates.

årelang Naturals reserves the right, at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block and prevent your future access the Site.

18. Representations and Warranties

Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Site.

årelang Naturals shall have the right, at any time, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, its Contents, updation of the Contents/services, hours of availability/operations and equipment needed for access or use. Further, the Site may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information. årelang Naturals does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

Warranties

Our customer care team is trained to provide the best solutions to any / all concerns, complaints or doubts you may have. To draw a resolution, time may vary depending on the severity of the issue and we will do our best to resolve them at the earliest.
    However, if under any circumstances your concern/complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may write to the Grievance Redressal Committee at cyrus@arelang.com or nikita@arelang.com. The matter will be taken up with the concerned department and will be resolved at the earliest.

  • Arbitration
    If your dispute, cannot be resolved by the aforesaid Grievance Committee within 10 days of reference, then either party may refer it to Arbitration, to be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 or any modifications and amendments thereto. It shall be conducted in English language at Mumbai by a sole Arbitrator appointed mutually by both the parties. Just in case the parties to the dispute are not able to decide upon a single Arbitrator, within 15 days, then either party may approach the court of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai for appointment of a sole Arbitrator. Any such Arbitration proceedings shall be completed within 30 days from the date of first Arbitration hearing and the Award shall be final and binding on both the parties.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions are to be construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall also be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
