Shipping policy

Thank you for making a purchase at www.arelang.com (“website” or “Site” or “årelang” or “Caim by årelang” or “årelang Naturals” or “Arelang Naturals Pvt Limited” or “we” or “us” or “online store”).

Arelang Naturals Private Limited (“Arelang”) shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product ordered / purchased on the Site is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of online booking of the order on the Site, subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and also the availability of the product(s). However, the user understands and confirms that Arelang shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances that are beyond our control, provided, we take all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product(s) within above mentioned timelines.

We offer free shipping across India for all Prepaid Orders above Rs. 1000 and a nominal fee of Rs. 50/- for orders under Rs. 1000. We also offer COD at a nominal rate of Rs. 150/-

Users will receive periodic updates on their email/text/WhatsApp on their order status, specifically as we accept the order, process it, dispatch it and when the delivery has been completed. Once the product is shipped, the user will receive tracking information on their email/text/WhatsApp.

In case the users order multiple products in one/multiple transaction(s) to one destination pin code with the same delivery address, Arelang would attempt to ship all the Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistical issues.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pin code is entered. Your shipping address pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pin code and check the availability.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax etc. The choice of the courier service provider shall be dependent on your pin code for delivery. We will attempt to use the fastest and most reliable courier service for your location.

We will be dispatching all Orders received before 4pm on the same working day. All Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

How will the packing be done?

For starters, all cocoa products are packed inside a special insulated bag, packed with ice gel packs. The Cocoa bars dispatched may be received frozen, to retain the freshness of the products during transit. Please defrost the cocoa bars in the refrigerator for 4 hours before consumption. Other confectionery products are packed inside regular courier so as to avoid damage to the products.

After the order is processed and prepared for shipping, notifications on the status of your order are sent to you.

A courier service provider is then selected, that is best suited to your delivery location so as to get our products to you in the quickest and the safest manner. Tracking details of the courier company used and the waybill number so generated shall be notified to you, so that you may track the products till they reach you.

Once the package is received, all cocoa products need to be carefully taken out of the insulation packaging, separated from the ice gel packs and refrigerated. Other confectionery products need to be carefully taken out of the bag and stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do take care and repurpose some of our packaging material. Our ice packs are most useful when used to bring down fevers, or used as cold compressions for muscle injuries.

How will the shipping be done?

Arelang works with several third-party courier service providers as listed above, for deliveries of your online orders. Notification on the Tracking information will be sent, as soon as the shipping label is created after order purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, the delivery is currently restricted only to metro cities. Please also note that the delivery within these cities is extended to limited pin-codes for the time being.

We only ship to residential and business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses in India.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Arelang on the day of delivery through the ‘contact us’ page on the Site with reference of the Order Number or Payment Transaction Number. Images of the condition of the package, when received, is always an added benefit to expedite the claims at our end. Additionally, the shortage, if any, of the delivered goods needs be highlighted and informed to us, on the day of delivery.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.  The products that are not received by you at the designated delivery-point / pin code address, shall be shipped back to us at an additional cost to us.
